Six products your team was paying for separately.
Rank trackers, grid scanners, site auditors, a website builder, a CRM, a phone system and a reporting tool — stitched together with spreadsheets and zaps. This is all of it, sharing one data model.
Local SEO & visibility
Organic and map-pack rankings, full-site crawls, competitor benchmarks and answer-engine share of voice — measured on a schedule, not on a whim.
AI website builder & hosting
Describe the site in chat and watch it build. Deploy it, point a domain at it, roll it back — the whole lifecycle lives in the same platform that tracks its rankings.
Client CRM & field ops
Contacts, projects, estimates, e-signed contracts, change orders and invoices — with a no-login portal so the homeowner can see everything without calling you.
Calls, SMS & inbox
Numbers, visual call routing and an in-browser softphone that also rings the mobile app. Every call, text and form submission lands in one per-location inbox.
Reporting & white-label
Monthly PDFs, 90-second audio recaps and always-on client portals — branded per group, so one agency can run several brands without a second install.
AI, automation & alerts
A scheduler that knows what each job costs, alerts that fire on real anomalies, and an AI layer that turns a week of signals into a prioritized to-do list.
Four things you do every day, in one place.
Prove the map pack, not just the keyword.
Grid scans measure rank at real coordinates around the business, so “we rank #1” becomes a heatmap with a share-of-voice number and a month-over-month comparison. Organic positions, site health and competitor movement sit on the same timeline.
- Grid scans with an automatic center optimizer and PNG export
- Daily or weekly organic positions, per device and intent
- Full-site crawls scored 0–100 with a fix queue
- Answer-engine share of voice across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity

Connected in an afternoon, not a quarter.
Two OAuth grants and a CSV get a client live. Nothing here needs a migration project.
- 01
Connect
Authorize GoHighLevel at agency level and Google once per location. Sub-accounts, profiles and properties come across with their tokens minted and refreshed for you.
- 02
Onboard
Import locations in bulk or one at a time. A guided checklist seeds keywords, grids, competitors, alerts and the reporting schedule so nothing starts empty.
- 03
Automate
Turn on the jobs you want. Each one is labelled with what it costs before it runs, and the results feed the same alerts, opportunities and reports.
- 04
Deliver
Clients get a branded portal, a monthly PDF and an audio recap. Your team gets a queue of what to do next instead of a spreadsheet.
One install. Every brand you run.
Most tools assume one agency, one brand, one client list. LunOS assumes you resell, sub-contract and white-label — so tenancy is four levels deep and every setting inherits.
- Agency → client → brand → location, with settings inherited and overridable at any level
- Per-group white-label: logo, colors, portal domain, sender identity and alert channel
- A permission matrix with packs, per-user overrides and an explorer that answers “why can they see this?”
- Roll-ups so a franchise sees the group while each location still sees itself
- Client, brand and owner portals on their own expiring links — no account for the client to forget

You see what a job costs before you switch it on.
Most platforms hide provider spend until the invoice. Every scheduled job here is labelled FREE, PAID or CONDITIONALLY PAID in the interface, and paid calls only run for locations you have explicitly set to active.
- Budget caps per agency, plus AI token credits and a per-location wallet
- Real provider spend broken down by client, module and model
- Caching with a safe TTL on expensive lookups, so a tighter schedule doesn’t multiply the bill
- Circuit breakers that degrade a failing provider instead of retrying it into a charge
You hold your clients’ credentials. We treat them that way.
Passkeys and two-factor on sign-in, an encrypted vault with an access trail on every read, tenant isolation enforced at the query layer, and a WAF that refuses traffic which didn’t come through it.
How LunOS is securedThe things agencies ask first.
Does LunOS replace GoHighLevel?
No. LunOS orchestrates the stack you already pay for. GoHighLevel stays your CRM and conversation layer — LunOS connects at agency level, mints per-sub-account tokens, syncs locations both ways and adds everything GHL was never meant to do: rank tracking, map grids, site audits, AI visibility, website generation and client reporting.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Each module is gated by permissions and by a per-location toggle, and every scheduled job ships off by default. Agencies commonly start with rankings, GeoGrid and reporting, then switch on the builder or the phone system once the first set is running.
How does LunOS keep API costs under control?
Every paid provider call sits behind an active-monitoring flag, and every scheduled job is labelled FREE, PAID or CONDITIONALLY PAID in the interface before you enable it. On top of that there are budget caps per agency, AI token credits, a per-location wallet and provider-level circuit breakers. Real spend is broken down by client, module and model.
Can we white-label it?
Yes, per group rather than per install. Logo, colors, sender identity, notification channels and the portal domain are all resolved for the brand that owns the client, so one agency can run several brands without a second deployment and pilot one before rolling it out.
What does the client actually see?
A branded portal on its own link with live rankings, map grids, traffic and profile performance; a monthly PDF; and an optional 90-second audio recap. For contractor workflows they also get no-login links to accept an estimate, sign a contract, approve a change order and pay an invoice.
How many locations does it handle?
The data model is built for hundreds per agency: work is queued rather than run inline, expensive lookups are cached with a safe TTL, and cross-location dashboards read from roll-ups rather than fanning out. Onboarding a new client is a bulk import plus one initialize call.
Ready to consolidate?
Migrate clients in under a day. Data imports from your existing tools over API, and white-label is per group — so you can pilot one brand before rolling it out to the whole agency.
